Notice of Club
Annual General Meeting
Notice is
hereby given of the following:
The 2025 Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 17th
November 2025 at Strathmore Golf Centre at 7.00pm.
The Agenda,
Minute of previous AGM on 18th November 2024 and any motions lodged
by the due date will be posted on the Club Notice Board by Monday 3rd
November 2025.
Members may
lodge notices of motions for consideration which are not alterations
to the Constitution at the above meeting. Such notices must be
addressed to the Club Secretary and delivered to Strathmore Golf
Centre by Friday 31st October 2025.
The
Constitution (attached) has been updated to include policies required
by Scottish Golf. Addition, or alteration, to the Constitution shall
only be made by a resolution, approved by no less than two thirds of
those present at an Annual General Meeting.
• Notice of any suggested alteration must be given to the Club
Secretary at least 28 days prior to the meeting i.e. Monday 20th
October 2025 and signed by at least 10 members.
• Any alteration to the Constitution must be agreed by Loyal Leisure
Ltd.
The Club AGM is
open to all CLUB MEMBERS with full voting rights e.g. Club members
who have paid the full £35 annual subscription.
The Centre will set aside a seating area separate from the AGM
meeting for any member’s guests or juniors who arrive early.
A copy of the Minutes from the last Club AGM on Monday 18th November
2024 will be available in both the Ladies Locker Room and the Gents
Locker Room to be read prior to attendance at this year’s AGM. A copy
will be emailed to all members who have an email address listed with
the Centre and can also be requested by emailing the Club Secretary
on hilarythomson0@gmail.com
In order to
gauge attendance numbers, please confirm your intention to attend or
your apologies by email to hilarythomson0@gmail.com
or add your name to the attendance or apologies sheets on the Mixed
notice board.
