Post Christmas Texas Scramble

After Santa had safely delivered all the presents and after everyone had eaten too much over the past two days, 22 Post Christmas Texas Scramblers turned up to play on Thursday. The winners with a score of 57.3 (Scratch 66) was Captain Christine Bruce, Rhoda Fraser, Fred Barber and Captain Norman Dyce.

Again the course was in fantastic condition, the newly cut greens were impeccable and a delight to play.

Thank you to all who helped and took part and we look forward to welcoming everyone to the Sair Heid Bash on January 2nd.  Happy New Year when it arrives.

Mixed Christmas Competition on 27th Dec

There is a mixed Christmas competition on the 27th December.
If you wish to play in it then please show up at the club at 10:15am as the draw will take place on the day. Tee off will be at 11am.
There is also a sign up sheet on the mixed notice board.

The entry sheet for the Sair Heid Bash on the 2nd of January is also on the notice board.

The committee would like to wish all members a safe and Happy Xmas.

Hello folks, This Saturday is the Gents Turkey Trot as we have very few numbers playing we are not going to have any food organised for this.
So come along and play for the Gift certificate a welcome bonus just before Xmas.
There will also be a sweep and 2's to play for.

Gents Season Closing Scramble

For the season closing Texas Scramble tomorrow we will be doing the draw prior to the start.
So id everybody could be at the club between 9am and 9:15am then we can get the draw done (it is a random draw and we will get everybody out to their respective holes by 9:50 and we can get started right at 10am.

WE DID IT.

Well done ladies. We returned the Wooden Spoon to the gents....and did it in some style!!!
The match was played by totalling all ladies and gents stableford points . Final scores:-

The match was played with plenty of banter. All had a fun day.

As you know the above event is on Saturday 8th September. There will be vouchers totaling £180.00 to be won together with 8 spot prizes. A two course meal is also provided at a cost of £15.00 each. The entry sheet is in the green folder.
