A big kudos to you all for following the guidelines for the current circumstances. Although we are not quite back to our normal routines, we are getting there and hopefully sooner rather than later we can be as we were.
During this time there are a few things we need to point out.
As a golf club we play at Strathmore Golf Centre, many other visitors play the course as well and the committee has no say in that.
IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO STOP THE CAPTAIN OR ANY COMMITTEE MEMBER MID ROUND TO HAVE A TANTRUM ABOUT ANYTHING!!!

As for the competitions, we have had a couple of issues with the scoring for new members but they are all resolved now (I hope).!!
For your scorecards there are a couple of Major details that we need on the card to facilitate the scoring;
1 Your Name
2 Tees Played (On Wednesday and Saturday we have White tee AND Yellow tee competitions available, play the tee's that you wish to play.
3 Date At the moment scoring may take place a day later or even 2 days later depending on when we can get to the course. We will try to ensure that your handicap is current prior to the next competition.
4 Competition name, as above for the date scoring maybe a little delayed.
5 Scoring clarity, Where possible put your score as Player A and the person you are monitoring as the marker, this will ensure that scores are not entered incorrectly.
6 Please sign your scorecard.

MANY OF YOU HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED ME REGARDING SIGNING UP AND I AM CREATING A LIST, IF YOU ARE NOT SURE THEN PLEASE JUST DROP ME A TEXT OR AN E-MAIL TO ENSURE YOU ARE IN THE DRAW OR THE KNOCKOUT COMPETITION. THE DRAW FOR THE GENTS SINGLES KNOCKOUT WILL BE ON THE 10TH JULY SO GET YOUR NAME IN NOW.
