Exposed Bunker Linings

As members will be aware the linings in some bunkers have become exposed, posing a threat to player safety and the possibility of further damage if a ball is played from or close to the exposed liner. Players are entitled to relief in such situations as the exposed portion of bunker lining is an immovable obstruction.
