Our 12 man team travelled to Perth to take on King James VI over the island course defending the Mole Trophy won last year.
The course was playing well if a little soggy under foot. King James VI played well and won the first two games before halves for Jack and Mark Scott, Hamish McKelvie and David Douglas and a fine win for Alan Downs and Fred Barber meant the last game was the decider. King James VI won the last match and therefore won the Mole Trophy back. Defeat but a good day out for us all.
