42 gents enjoyed a fantastic day with a change of format at the Gents 4 Ball Better Ball, good fun, great company and of course some fantastic golf being played. 

Well done to all the prize winners and a big thank you to everyone who played.

GENTS 4 BALL BETTER BALL COMPETITION - SATURDAY 5th SEPTEMBER 2020

 This Saturday we have a wee change from the normal strokeplay medal to a 4 Ball Better Ball Competition.

The format is 4 Ball Better Ball STROKEPLAY playing from the WHITE TEES with every player getting 90% of their full handicap.

Please note when marking the scorecard, please use the PLAYER A and PLAYER B columns so that we can identify who scored at the hole and only marking a GROSS SCORE and the best NETT SCORE.

Please try and keep the pace of play up by picking up if you are out of the hole or cannot score.

There will be spot prizes available to be announced on the day. 😁

Monday Stablefords and Wednesday Competitions

 Hello Everyone,

Just a note to say that the Monday and Wednesday competitions will continue this year, but without a sign in form. If your sweep money and card are in the box then they will be tallied into the handicap computer.

This is being done to save my favourite tree (!!!!!!!) 

Just to save paper etc.

For sake of clarity, the tee times for the Captains Day were strictly from 07:30 to 09:45 and only those playing within the tee times were eligible for the competition.  The Captains Day is one of the days where the gents section can meet, play golf, eat and drink together.
