Gents Invitational Results

On a great day with some very good scoring and a tight contest. The Gents invitational results are:

3rd place with a score of 69  Ian Boyle and Bruce Williamson
2nd Place with 68 on a count back  Mike Stiell and John Stiell
Winners with 68 on a countback   Mark Melville and Colin Oosenbrugh.

Congratulations to our Captain and to all the Players. A big thank you to all the staff at Strathmore for a great meal (as always). Thanks also to David and Peter for giving us this opportunity to showcase our great course that the Greens staff have done a great job with.

WE DID IT.

Well done ladies. We returned the Wooden Spoon to the gents....and did it in some style!!!
The match was played by totalling all ladies and gents stableford points . Final scores:-
Gents   291 points.
Ladies  312 points.
Well done to all the ladies and commiserations to the men!!
The match was played with plenty of banter. All had a fun day.
Next mixed event is the Air Ambulance Charity Texas Scramble on 16th Sept. Get your team organised. If you have no team put your name down and we will try and match you up.!!
