Notice of 2015 Gents Section Annual General Meeting

                                    FRIDAY THE 23rd OCTOBER

 

Notice is hereby given of the following:

1 The 2015 Gents Section Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday October 23rd at the Strathmore Golf Centre at 7:00 PM. The agenda, nominations for Committee Members and motions lodged by members by the due date will be posted on the Club notice boards.

 

2.    Members may lodge notices of motions for consideration at the Annual General Meeting. Such notices must be addressed to the Gents Secretary and be delivered to Strathmore Golf Centre by October 11th.

 

3.    Nominations for new committee members should be made on the accompanying sheet.  Each nomination should be include a proposer and seconder.

 

4.    AS A GENTS MEMBER YOUR PRESENCE IS REQUIRED AT THIS MEETING.
