Up coming matches
Hi gents
To date there has been a poor response to the sign up for the home friendly match against Drumoig on the 9th of May. If you wish to play in this please let Chris Flannigan or myself know or alternatively there is a sign up sheet on the gents board. Remember its a Sunday so a cheeky wee carvery after, not bad for £10.75.
Also although there has been a good response to the first Strathmore league match against Panmure a couple of names for the fixture are still required, unfortunately not everyone can play the away leg.

BOOKING FOR COMPETITIONS, SIGINING IN, AND RETURNING SCORES
As Competitions Convenor I want to take this opportunity to thank all the members who have embraced the Forward Booking, Signing In and Returning of Scores process for the competitions held so far. However, there are a few stragglers who may be struggling with the technology. If you are one of those, please ask for help.
The Forward Booking of competitions is only for those who wish to go into the draw, if you want to play outwith the tee priority times then please do not use the booking function, just book your own tee time.
No matter whether you are playing in or outwith the tee priorities EVERY PLAYER MUST SIGN IN to the competition. This is done either by on a home computer, a mobile device or the PSI Terminal in the clubhouse. The Sign In opens up for players at 06:00 on the morning of the competition.
There has been a bit of confusion over the past few weeks surrounding handicaps. When players sign in for a competition there is information on the screen which will inform them of the handicaps for the day. Please take time to read these handicaps.

HANDICAP INDEX
COURSE HANDICAP - MUST BE DISPLAYED ON SCORECARD
PLAYING HANDICAP - This is the handicap for the competition
The PLAYING HANDICAP should be entered into the STROKES RECIEVED BOX
The computer will work out your score for the competition.
WARNING
From the 1st May players not signing in prior to the competition will taken out of the competition.
Players who do not input their score into the computer will be deemed as a NO RETURN for the competition. The card will be entered the following day for handicap purposes only.
Scorecards must have the following information entered
NAME, DATE AND COURSE HANDICAP
