A Winter's (League) Tale

From time to time administrative hiccups occur in the distribution of sweep  and twos money. We are only human and the odd mistake does occur. This usually results in a fairly blunt query being addressed to the competition secretary. However Ken Macleod, a media savvy sort of chap, obviously felt the competition secretary needed a full explanation of the circumstances when pleading his case for his 35 shillings.........

Well done Ken, the cheque is in the post........................

WINTER SINGLES KNOCK-OUT.

As you will all know the deadline date for the first round of  above competition was the 31st December 2012.

It is with regret that I have had to disqualify Ian Clark & Jim Henvey as their ties appear not to have been played by this deadline and they were the challengers.

If anyone has any questions about this decision please contact Mark Melville, Competitions Secretary,
